2. Characteristics and Application

It is insoluble in water,dispersed in solvent,but swelled in water to form colloid to achieve ideal thickening thixotropy and sag resistance.

C919 is a new type of active thickening and anti-settling rheological agent for organic expansive soil, which is produced by special materials and technology and adapts to the current market environment. The product has a wide range of applications and has obvious advantages over conventional organic bentonite.

C919 is a white flowable powder,which is suitable for highly polar solvent systems. It has good thickening rheological properties in aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, epoxy resins and their mixed solvents, especially in the mixed solvent system of alcohol ether solvent sand water. The product needs to be dispersed at high speed, and the effect of pregel addition method is better. The addition of this product is 0.2%~2.0%of the total amount of the system, which can be determined by customers through experiments.

Widely used in: waterborne and oily marine paints, industrial paints, waterborne and oil-based container paints, other waterborne industrial paints, inks, sealants, greases, etc.

3. Packaging and Storage

The outer packaging is kraft paper bag, and the inner packaging is double-layer packaging with polyethylene film bag or paper bag with valve port. The weight is usually 20±0.25kg or stored in dry condition according to user's requirements.When the temperature is 0°C~30°℃, the quality has an effective period of 24 months.
