Wollastonite is a kind of chain metasilicate, which is generally fibrous and needle-shaped. Because of its special crystal morphology and crystal structure, wollastonite has good insulation, high whiteness, good dielectric properties and high heat and weather resistance. Wollastonite is composed of Ca3 [Si3O9]. They are usually lamellar, radial, or fibrous aggregates. White microstripe gray. Glass luster, cleavage surface pearlluster.

Density 2.78~2.91 g/cm³.

Application:

3. In the paint with wollastonite filler or emulsion, you can get high-quality bright colors of paint, and have the coating and anti-aging properties. White wollastonite is a good raw material for high-quality white paint and soft pastel paint, easy to brush, the surface of a slide, has a high resistance to weathering.
