DN200 Water-based bentonite thickening Rheological Agent

1.Quality Specification

DN200 rheological additive is a refined natural montmorillonite product processed by a special process, which has excellent hydration speed,low viscosity and high suspension in water-based system, and is suitable for anti-settling and sag resistance of water-based coating system and excellent rheological control performance.

Particle size:95%<75 microns.

Apparent bulk density:0.4g/cm

Apparent viscosity(5%aqueous solution, 60r/24h):160-240mpa.s

2.Application field

①All kinds of water-based industrial paint  ②Building materials such as cement mortar ③Self-leveling floor paint,  artesian flat sand paint，④Polishing agent and cleaning ⑤Daily chemicals agent ⑥cosmetics ⑦Crop and plant protective agent ⑧water treatment

3.Amount added

Depending on the characteristics of the system, please test the optimal addition amount before use. Generally,the parent adds 0.5-10.09% to the total amount.

4. Usage method

DN200 can be added to other mineral components in the form of dry powder. Under the condition of high shear dispersion,the pH value is controlled at 4-13, it has stability and effectively develops thickening thixotropy. In the production process of DN200water-based system products, the products are first sheared and stirred in water until they are evenly dispersed, and then other ingredients are added.

5. Packaging and Storage

The outer packaging is kraft  paper bag, and the inner packaging is double-layer packaging with polyethylene film bag, usually weighing 25±0.25kg. When stored in dry condition, the quality validity period is 24months at 0℃~30℃.
