This product was the white fluffy powder, which was coated with hydrated silica and alumina or/and organic agents such as stearic acid, triethoxyoctyl silica, polydimethyl silicone oil, and the main chemical constituents are titanium dioxide. The products made from KNR-308 as raw material or auxiliary material had excellent light resistance.

Scope of Application

This product was applicable to various sunblock creams, sunblock water, skin care milk etc.

Application Method

1. KNR-308 was beaten in suitable solvent, then fully dispersed,

2. The dispersed slurry was added to the mixture according to the formulation and processing method of the target product. The optimal dipersion method was as follows: the slurry concentration of KNR-308 was 10% (wt.)to 20%(wt.), the slurry was lapped 8 times by sand mill, the grinding medium was zirconia beads which diameter was 1.0 to 2.0mm, the filling rate of zirconia beads in grinding was about 80%.

3. The quality percentage of KNR-308 in target products was 3%~45%.
