Application:

1. Titanium dioxide exists in the paint in the form of nanoparticles. Because of its large specific surface area and strong adhesion, it can greatly improve the hardness and impact resistance of the paint.

2. The nano-titanium dioxide used in automotive paint can change color from different angles and will not cause environmental pollution.

3. used in high-grade automotive paints, has a good decorative effect.

4. Nano titanium dioxide can improve the toughness, friction resistance and scratch resistance. It is widely used in automotive coatings.

5. nano titanium dioxide added to automotive paint can significantly improve weatherability and anti-aging properties of automobiles.

Usage method

1.The mixture was fully dispersed to obtain the color paste which color was gemstone  white (frost  blue), which was made of  resin, dispersant, solvent and nano-titanium dioxide.

2.Then the color paste was added to the mixture according to the formulation  and  processing method of the target product. The optimal dipersion method was as  follows: the slurry concentration of KNR-508 was 10%  (wt.) to 20%(wt.), the slurry  was lapped 8 times by sand mill, the grinding medium was zirconia beads which diameter was 1.0 to 2.0mm, the filling rate of zirconia beads in grinding was about 80%.
