2. Characteristics and Application

This product is multiple modified bentonite, which is suitable for water-based system. Can be effectively dispersed in cold water and hot water, and has strong weather resistance. The product has the properties of suspension, thickening, thixotropy, adhesion, emulsification, film formation, water retention, salt resistance and weather resistance.

It can be widely used in various water-based industrial paints, water-based building coatings, putty, building mortar, oil drilling, daily chemistry and other fields.

3. Usage method

When water-based paint is applied to products, it should be added to water and emulsion at the beginning of dispersion, and other components should be added to the dispersion machine first, and stirred at high speed for 10~20 minutes under high shear to achieve complete dispersion. It can also be made into5-6% pregel and then added into the system in the form of pregel. The dosage of this product is 0.2%~2.0% of the total system. In view of different formulation systems, different production processes and different application fields, we strongly recommend that W605 be comprehensively evaluated to ensure that it can meet the requirements.

4. Packaging and Storage

Kraft bag interior with PE, or valve bags are used. The normal package is 25±0.25kg/bag, or according to customer demands. Keep it in dry places with temperatures of 0℃~30℃. The quality guarantee period is 24months.
